Description
These project focuses on the design and development of a digital learning platform tailored to deliver engaging, interactive, and accessible training content. The design ensures responsive layouts across devices, enabling seamless access to learning on mobile, tablet, and desktop. The interface highlights intuitive navigation and clear pathways for learners, supporting different learner personas and training needs.
Key learning activities—such as scenario-based modules, branching simulations, and assessments—are streamlined to enhance usability and promote knowledge retention. Visual hierarchy, colour contrast, and typography are applied to improve readability and accessibility. Content flow is optimised to reduce cognitive load, ensuring learners can progress efficiently while remaining engaged.
The platform integrates core L&D practices such as microlearning, compliance tracking, and performance support, offering flexibility for just-in-time learning. This design prioritises learner engagement, accessibility, and instructional alignment, ensuring training delivery supports both organisational goals and individual learner outcomes.
